That's great! Keep it for specialists, imaging, and hospital visits. Your membership with us covers all your primary care needs—without copays, deductibles, or insurance delays.

 

Q: I have good insurance—why would I need this?

 

Insurance might cover your visits, but it doesn't guarantee:

🔹 Direct communication with your doctor

🔹 Long, unrushed visits

🔹 Privacy—where only your doctor knows your health information

 

Q: How many visits can I have per month?

 

UNLIMITED! Whether you need one visit or ten, your membership covers it—without copays, office fees, or deductibles. 

 

Q: What happens if I need a specialist or imaging like an MRI?

 

🔹 Dr. Bortman or Dr. Guo will coordinate any referrals or imaging orders

🔹 You can use your insurance for outside services

🔹 No insurance? We'll help you find affordable cash-pay options

 

Q: How do I pay for membership?

 

We offer automatic payments annually or quarterly—whichever works best for you.

 

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

 

Yes! There are no long-term commitments. After the first 90-day trial period, if you decide not to continue with your membership at Weight Management Program or the Platinum Membership, just give us 30-day written notice.

 

Q: Is membership-based care expensive?

 

No! Many people assume "membership-based" means luxury prices, but our model is designed to be affordable and accessible. We're here to bring better care to more people—not just a select few.
